One of the companions came to the servise of the Holy prophet (SWS) and reported the state of hunger and distress. Who accepts their one-night stand. An Ansari companion asked, “I will entertain you in the Messenger of Allah.” He took them home and told his wife that there are guests of the Holy prophet who can do Ikram. The wife said that by God, she has kept a little bit for the children and put them to sleep. And you got up under the pretext of fixing it with a lamp and extinguish it. So the wife did the same thing. Translation:- And prefer their own lives even though they are starving. Per: There are many such incidents which took place at sahaba.
